The questions every host asks.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing upfront. The charger is yours - plugging it into Pitvolt is free. There is no subscription: we take a small fee per charge, and hosts keep 100% for their first 60 days.

How and when do I get paid?

Automatically. Each session is settled on real meter data, and your payout goes to your Mobile Money or bank account. You see every session and the exact GHS it earned in your dashboard.

Who maintains the charger?

The unit is yours, so the hardware side stays with you - most wallboxes are low-touch. Everything network-side is on us: the software, payments, payouts, and monitoring. Your dashboard flags a charger the moment it drops offline.

How do drivers find my charger?

It appears in the Pitvolt driver app with live availability, connector type, and your tariff. Drivers nearby see it on the map and start a session with a code - you do nothing.

Will EV drivers actually show up?

Ghana has thousands of EVs and only a handful of public chargers, all in Accra. Demand isn't the problem - supply is. That's the whole reason Pitvolt exists.

Can I set my own price?

Yes. You set the tariff per kWh, and you can pause the charger whenever you need the space. You stay in control.
